Cristen Magaletti is an award-winning educator and co-founder of a program recognized as the top entrepreneurship program in the region by Palm Beach Illustrated. After 20 years in K-12 classrooms across New York City public schools and South Florida's most respected independent schools, she has seen firsthand what happens when the right tool meets the right moment. A student who can't find an entry point into a text suddenly has one. A kid with a big idea about a problem in her community can prototype a real solution, vibe coding an MVP that actually works. A writer gets instant, specific feedback in the middle of a workshop and iterates further than she ever would have on her own.

This belief was put into practice through a co-founded entrepreneurship program that Palm Beach Illustrated recognized as the top entrepreneurship program in the region, and through a completely student-driven initiative that made the school the first Fair Trade High School in the state of Florida. Students mobilized fair-trade principles across their campus and into the broader community because they were trusted with a real challenge and given the instructional support to act on it. That is what happens when students are trusted with real problems and given the instructional support to act on them. Our mission at CM Resources is to help EdTech companies and academic organizations build that same quality of experience at scale.
Our work spans globally recognized learning platforms, where we have developed curriculum used by educators across the world. Whether it's UDL-aligned scaffolding, generative image creation as a synthesis tool, AI-powered feedback loops in a writers workshop, or a social entrepreneurship curriculum that turns students into change-makers: we know what it looks like when it works because we have lived it. Not every student excels in traditional academic settings. The most powerful learning experiences create space for students to explore their passions in real, hands-on ways. Cristen built this practice on 20 years of that kind of teaching so that the work CM Resources does is never just theoretically sound. It is teacher-ready, student-centered, and built for the moment when amazing things happen.
